About Alisha Katz
Navigating life’s ups and downs is challenging, especially during these unprecedented times. Feeling anxious and down interferes with the ability to think logically. It is difficult to stay present with our own thoughts and feelings. With more than twenty years in the mental health field, I have worked with clients suffering from a variety of emotional issues, including depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. We all experience life transitions and unexpected difficulties in relationships with family members, friends, peers and coworkers, which contribute to overall stress.
As a therapist, I approach my clients with compassion and empathy, providing a safe place to explore and discover yourself. By utilizing a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, yoga, cognitive-behavioral therapy, walk therapy and exercise, I will help you reach your goals!
